CANCELLATION POLICIES

    1.Each boat has a different cancellation policy.

    2.The reservation deposit its not refundable if the client cancels.

    3.For cancellations due to weather conditions or force majeure there will be no penalties but the port must be closed by the marina authorities (raincheck available).

    4.No show or late arrivals – No refund or compensated time.

    5.Last minute changes on schedules are not guarantee or refundable.

    6.No refund for sea sickness, sickness motion, etc .

    7.No refund if client decides to go back to land before the chárter its over.

POLÍTICAS DE CANCELACIÓN

    1. Cada barco tiene una política de cancelación diferente.

    2.El deposito para reservar no es reembolsable por cancelación del cliente.

    3.Para cancelaciones por condiciones climáticas o fuerza mayor no habrá penalizaciones. Siempre y cuando el puerto debe estar cerrado por las autoridades de capitanía de puerto  (raincheck disponible).

    4.De no llegar al chárter o llegadas tardías – No hay reembolso ni se compensa tiempo.

    5.Los cambios de última hora en los horarios no son garantía ni reembolsable.

    6.No hay reembolso por mareo o sentirse mal en la embarcación.

    7.No hay reembolso si el cliente quiere regresar antes del término de su chárter.
